Enable debug logs for Fabric

1. Right-click your instance and click Edit
2. Click Settings on the sidebar
3. Enable the Java Arguments option
4. Put -Dessential.debuglog=debug in the field right under Java Arguments
5. Continue by following the instructions at Sending Logs
